All items are sent via Post NL. The processing time is 2-5 working days for Netherlands and 5-10 for Europe.
During busy periods such a Christmas this timescale can some times double due to customs and the workloads of your local mail. We are not responsible for import or custom fees.
Pick up
If you are local, pick up at the studio is possible. You can choose this option in the shipping options during checkout. Send me e-mail that you would like to pick up your order with a date and time that works for you.
Packaging
I try to use recycled plastic bubble wrap, dissolving peanuts and boxes.
